For this reason, we’ll do all that for you for free!Our highly trained technical staff members will move your site content from your present hosting provider to us. Our techs have lots of experience with website migration and are able to handle anything – from a typical WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™–driven web site, to an extremely elaborate, custom–made app.

A: There are plenty of aspects to think about – the overall amount of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the present workload of our web site migration professionals, etc. That being said, we do our best to accomplish all website migrations within a 48–hour time frame. Less sizeable sites are migrated much faster – typically in under 24 hours.

A: We will require the login information for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the website’s name (domain name).

A: While we move your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. Once the migration is done, we will ensure that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your content is not jeopardized before telling you that the migration is completed. After that, we’ll instruct you how to move the domain name to your hosting account with us and how to edit your DNS resource records.

A: Nah. Aside from your login details for the Control Panel, we will not require anything. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider. They will not know anything about the migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Generally, if we can access your Control Panel, we’ll be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source website building platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
